John Weston
Sir Philip John Weston KCMG (born April 13, 1938 ) is a former British diplomat.
Weston was the British negotiator for the two plus four contract in 1990 . From 1992 to 1995 he was Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to NATO and from 1995 to 1998 his country's Permanent Representative to the United Nations .
