Johnny's West ( Japanese ジ ャ ニ ー ズ WEST, Janīzu West ), also spelled Johnny's WEST , is a Japanese boy band consisting of seven members. The name comes from the fact that the group was created at the agency Johnny's Entertainment and all members come from the Kansai region in western Japan. It is the first band formed by Kansai Johnny's Jr. in ten years after Kanjani8 . The group made their debut in 2014 with their first single Eejanaika , which is mainly sung in the Kansai dialect .
