Jesús Bermúdez (* 1902 , † 1945 ) was a Bolivian football player in the position of goalkeeper .

Career

With the national team of Bolivia he took part in the Campeonato Sudamericano in 1926 . Bermúdez was used in all three games and conceded a total of 18 goals in the defeats against Chile (1: 7), Argentina (0: 5) and Paraguay (1: 6); in the fourth game of the championship he was replaced by Hernán Araníbar . At the Campeonato Sudamericano 1927 , the goalkeeper came to three more missions and had to accept a total of 19 goals in the games against Argentina (1: 7), Uruguay (0: 9) and Peru (2: 3). In July 1930, the Oruro Royal player was part of the national team at the first World Cup in Uruguay . Bermúdez came under coach Ulises Saucedo in the games against Yugoslavia (0: 4) and Brazil (0: 4) to use and conceded eight goals.

Bermúdez played between 1926 and 1930 in eight of the first nine international matches of the Bolivian national team. He conceded a total of 45 goals.
