Ulises Saucedo
Ulises Saucedo , referred to by the World Football Federation as Ulrico Saucedo (born March 3, 1896 - November 21, 1963 ), was a Bolivian football coach and referee . During the First World Cup in 1930 Saucedo coached the Bolivian team in their games against Yugoslavia (July 17, 0: 4) and Brazil (July 20, 0: 4). In addition, the Bolivian led the preliminary round match between the teams from Argentina and Mexico on July 19, 1930 (6: 3); John Langenus reported that Saucedo whistled five penalty kicks in that game . One of the linesmen of the game was Constantin "Costel" Rădulescu (1896-1981), coach of the Romanians .
