Johnny Stewart (born May 21, 1934 in Brooklyn , New York ) is an American actor whose name is associated with the films Thirsty Lips , Wesley and Tommy makes the race .

Life

Nothing more is known about Stewart's background. He played his first role in 1949 at the age of 15, where he played 12-year-old Wesley Eggleston in the American television series Wesley , who often hangs out with his buddy Alvin on the threshold of adulthood and argues with his teenage sister Elizabeth supplies. Directed by William Dieterle , Stewart starred alongside William Holden in the sports drama Tommy Makes the Race in 1952, jockey Thomas Gibson Jr. aka "The Kid". This was followed in 1953 by the western Thirsty Lips with Broderick Crawford and Barbara Hale , in which he can be seen in the role of the young Indian "Little Knife". In the years 1953/1954 Stewart worked in two episodes of the television series The United States Steel Hour as well as in an episode of the television series Justice . These were his last occupied roles. How his life developed after that is in the dark.
