Jonas Hemlein (born January 16, 1989 in Bühl ) is a German volleyball player .
Jonas Hemlein played 38 youth / junior international matches in 2007/08. In 2007 he took part in the youth world championship and was tenth with the German national youth team. The setter celebrated his greatest success in 2008 when he became vice European champion with the German junior national team. In the same year he made his Bundesliga debut for VC Olympia Berlin . Hemlein then worked as a setter for TV Bühl , from 2009 to 2011 in the first volleyball league and then until 2014 for the second team in the third division. During his first season he was also the team captain of the Bundesliga team. In addition to sports, Jonas Hemlein studied at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology .
