Jonas Pangonis
Jonas Pangonis (born November 26, 1950 in Alytus ) is a Lithuanian politician.
Life
From 1968 to 1973 he studied at the Faculty of Economics of the Lietuvos žemės ūkio akademija in Noreikiškės ( Kaunas district ). From 1973 to 1976 he worked in Jonava un in the district of Alytus , from 1981 to 1989 director of the Luksnėnai gardening company . From 1990 to 1996 he was a member of the Seimas. From 2002 to 2003 he was a member of the Alytus City Council . From 2001 to 2007 he headed the Kaunas customs office and from 2007 the Vilnius customs office .
From 1989 he was a member of the Sąjūdis , then of Lietuvos democinė darbo partija (LDDP) and from 1995 of Lietuvos socialdemokratų partija .
He is married. With Ms. Danutė he has children Edas, Dovilė and Paulius.
