Josh and Jonas Pate (born January 15, 1970 in Raeford , North Carolina ) are American screenwriters , film directors and film producers .

Life

The godparents are identical twins and usually work together. They created, produced, and co-directed the pilot episode of the Surface miniseries .

Before that, they wrote the films The Crypt in the Swamps (1996) and Sharp Deception (1997). Jonas Pate, the more active of the two, also directed an episode of Battlestar Galactica .

Both are single.
