Jonathan Landman

Jonathan Landman (born November 14, 1952 in New York ) is an American journalist and deputy editor-in-chief of the New York Times .

Landman studied history at Amherst College (BA degree, magna cum laude 1974) and journalism at Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism (MS degree 1978). He worked for various newspapers: from 1985 to 1987 for the New York Daily News , Newsday and The Chicago Sun-Times and then moved to the New York Times, for which he was deputy head of the Washington office and editor-in-chief of New York Departments was active. Since 2005, Landman Deputy has been Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the New York Times, responsible for digital journalism. He is married and has two children.
