Jonathan Magonet
Jonathan Magonet (born August 2, 1942 in London ) is a British doctor of theology and rabbi .
Magonet was Director (Principal) of Leo Baeck College for Jewish Studies in London (until 2005) and Vice President of the " World Union for Progressive Judaism ". He did pioneering work in the literary approach to biblical texts. He is very involved in the Judeo-Christian dialogue and in the dialogue between Jews and Muslims .
