Jonathan Reiner (born April 22, 1994 in Oberpullendorf , Burgenland ) is an Austrian musician, songwriter and producer who gained fame by participating in the Austrian talent show Heroes of Tomorrow .

biography

At the age of eight he passed the entrance examination to the Vienna Boys' Choir , where he made his first stage experiences and stayed until he was 12. Until its dissolution in early August 2011 was Jonathan Reiner also a member of the experimental alternative - progressive rock band The Lotus Effect , with whom he won the band competition, the Burgenland State Youth Referates of 2010. A year earlier, the band had reached second place.

In the summer of 2010 he applied to the casting show Heroes of Tomorrow and qualified for the final broadcasts. There he retired on January 14, 2011 as the fifth. On January 7th, he presented his self-written song Beautiful World , with which he entered the Ö3 Austria Top 40 in 10th place three weeks later .

Currently he writes and produces under the synonym Nathan for various greats of the German, but also international music scene.

In spring 2017 he founded the project illian , with which he released his debut single "A New Defined World" on June 2nd, 2017.
