Jonathan Walter (born January 26, 1986 ) is a German musician and songwriter .
Live and act
Walter played in his own band called Numbnation from the age of 13 . At the end of 2004 the music producers Dave Roth , Pat Benzner and David Jost became aware of him. After graduating from the Schwerte comprehensive school , he devoted himself completely to music and moved to Hamburg on the advice of the producers . On June 16, 2006, Universal Music released his debut single Es ist Warm . Despite being on the radio and music television, the single was not a success and was only able to place itself at number 73 in the German charts. On October 12, 2007, under the name Jonathan, a second single was released with the title Tailwind , which could not place in the charts. A planned album was never released.
After three years, Walter, the producers and the record company split up. Today he works as a producer, songwriter (among other things, he wrote several titles for Christina Stürmer , including the official song for the European Football Championship 2008 Fieber ) and composer of advertising music. In addition, he continues to perform as a musician and DJ. Under the name John Voltaire he published remixes for The Freemasons, Dimitri Vegas, Markus Gardeweg, DBN and Andy Caldwell, Karl G & Jamesie (...). In 2011 he changed his stage name to Jakob Faber, the first publication appeared on Mango Alley, Russia.
