Jonny Finstad
Jonny Finstad (born May 19, 1966 in Vestvågøy ) is a Norwegian politician of the conservative party Høyre . He has been a member of parliament in Storting since 2017 .
Life
After graduating from secondary school, he trained as a glazier and from 1983 he was self-employed in the industry. From 1999 to 2019 he was a member of Vestvågøy's local parliament . In the period from 2007 to 2015 he acted as mayor of the place.
Finstad moved into the Norwegian national parliament in Storting for the first time in the 2017 general election . There he represents the constituency of Nordland and he became a member of the transport and communications committee.
