Jorge Luis Montenegro Revelo (born September 26, 1988 in the province of Carchi ) is an Ecuadorian cyclist .
On the road , Montenegro won the ninth stage of the Vuelta Ciclista a la Republica del Ecuador in 2007 and won the national championship in the individual time trial in 2017 . On the track , he became the Pan American scratch champion in 2014 and the continental runner-up in the 2010 and 2018 points race .
