Midfielder Cajiga played at club level at least in 1946 and 1947 for the Rampla Juniors in the Primera División . In 1948 he was in the ranks of Nacional Montevideo .

National team

Cajiga was a member of the senior national team of Uruguay , for which he completed 17 international matches from July 18, 1945 until his last appearance on April 9, 1950. He did not score an international goal. He was part of the Uruguayan squad at the South American Championships in 1946 and 1947 . He also took part with Uruguay in the Copa Lipton in 1945, the Copa Newton in 1945 and the Copa Río Branco in 1947 and 1948.
