José Luis Coraggio
José Luis Coraggio (* 1938 ) is an Argentine economist .
Life
Coraggio studied at the Universidad de Buenos Aires and the Wharton School . He lived in Mexico (1976–1980), Nicaragua (1981–1985), Ecuador (1986–1990), the United States (1991–94) and Argentina (1961–1976 and from 1995). From 1998 to 2002 he was rector of the Argentine Universidad Nacional de General Sarmiento (UNGS) and director of the Instituto del Conurbano (ICO) of the same university. He published more than 25 books and more than 125 articles.
