The Villa Guntram Hämmerle (* 1862, † 1923), the youngest son of the company founder Franz Martin Hämmerle , was built from 1890 to 1892 by the two architects Julius Rhomberg and Josef Anton Albrich in the feudal - so-called "old German style" - as a multi-section building with a crooked roof , Bay window with onion helmet, a keep-like tower with a crooked hip roof with numerous quotations from the German Renaissance .

This villa was also built by a son of Franz Martin Hämmerle, namely Otto, in 1873 and expanded in 1893.
Otto Hämmerle studied in Manchester and Liverpool - hence the English construction method in exposed brickwork. Builders Josef Anton Albrich and Josef Schöch (1893) worked here. The villa is still inhabited and looked after by the descendants.
