Josef Naderer

Josef Naderer (born March 8, 1906 in Maissau ; † April 3, 1965 ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and wine wholesaler. Naderer was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1945 to 1949 .

Life

After elementary school, Naderer attended secondary school and then business school. He learned the trade of a businessman and subsequently worked as a wine wholesaler.

In the political field, he was initially involved in local politics and was Vice Mayor of Eggenburg from 1934 to 1938 . After the National Socialists came to power, he was arrested for political reasons in 1938 and his company was expropriated. He was drafted into military service from 1944 to 1945 and after the end of the Second World War he represented the ÖVP from December 12, 1945 to November 5, 1949 in the Lower Austrian state parliament. In addition, he was president of the Austrian Wine Promotion from 1952 and from 1960 to 1965 mayor of Maissau . He held several chamber functions.
