Solierella is a genus of digger wasps (Spheciformes) from the Crabronidae family. 112 species are known worldwide, most of which are found in the New World. Thereare 31 native species inthe Palearctic , eight of which are found in Europe.

The black digger wasps, which are usually very small, are sometimes brightly drawn.
Way of life
The nests are created in existing cavities, twigs, plant galls or abandoned hymenoptera nests in the ground. The species that nest in branches feed their brood with bugs , some species also hunt grasshoppers or dust lice .

Solierella is in the tribe Miscophini within the subfamily Crabroninae .
