Josef Peter Eggen
Josef Peter Eggen (born June 9, 1935 in Hengersberg ) is a German tax advisor.
Career
After graduating from high school in 1954, Eggen studied at the college for tax officials and at the college for economics and social sciences in Nuremberg. He then entered the senior service of the Bavarian financial administration. Since 1968 he has been running his own law firm in Fürth as a tax advisor and sworn auditor.
He was Vice President of the Association of Taxpayers in Bavaria and worked as a tax expert in international tax law bodies as well as in the drafting of draft laws. He is Honorary Consul of Liberia and President of the German-Liberian Society.
