Josef Rademaker

Josef Rademaker (born September 3, 1919 in Lowick, today Bocholt , Borken district ; † June 4, 1997 ) was a German SPD politician .

education and profession

Josef Rademaker attended elementary school, vocational school and weaving school. He was trained as a veneer and worked as such. From 1938 to 1946 there was labor service, military service and prisoner warfare. From 1951 he worked full-time for the Textile and Clothing Union.

politics

Josef Rademaker had been a member of the SPD since 1954. He became a member of the district committee for Western Westphalia and from 1975 chairman of the SPD sub-district Borken. From 1956 to 1974 Rademaker was a member of the council of the community Lowick, as well as a member of the district council Borken. From 1958 to 1974 he served as group chairman. From 1969 he was deputy district administrator. In 1975 he was again a member of the Borken district council.

Josef Rademaker was a member of the 7th state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia from June 28, 1971 to May 27, 1975, to which he moved. He entered the 8th state parliament from May 28, 1975 to May 28, 1980 via the state list. He moved to the 9th state parliament on December 1, 1983.
