Josef Wüger

Josef Wüger (born March 11, 1907 in Hainburg an der Donau , † June 4, 1970 ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and police officer. Wüger was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1959 to 1969 .

After attending elementary and secondary school, Wüger completed police training and did his military service from 1939. His last job was as a police officer and from 1950 was politically active as a local councilor in Hainburg. From 1952 he held the office of vice mayor, between 1960 and 1970 he was mayor of Hainburg. Wüger also represented the ÖVP from June 4, 1959 to November 20, 1969 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
