Josef Wegenberger

Josef Wegenberger (born November 6, 1960 in Krems an der Donau ) is an Austrian business psychologist, management consultant in the areas of personnel and organizational development, leadership and management, and sports psychologist as well as the author of books on management and corporate governance.

Life

Wegenberger studied psychology and education at the University of Vienna and completed training in conversation psychotherapy according to Rogers as well as university psychotherapy training in behavioral therapy. He has certified trainer and consultant training.

He began his professional activity in the Psychiatric Hospital of the City of Vienna - Baumgartner Höhe, today Otto Wagner Spital . In 1985 he switched to business, where he was responsible for personnel development in a company with 10,000 employees. From 1996 to 2000 he was a lecturer at the University of Vienna .

In 1988, together with Karl Redl, Wegenberger founded the Society for Business Psychology and Organizational Dynamics, a company that deals with the development of employees and organizations through to overall corporate development with the core competencies of business psychology and organizational dynamics.
