Josefine Grosse

Josefine Grosse (born October 26, 1970 in Berlin ) is a former German handball player .

The backcourt player was initially active at TSC Berlin and moved from here in 1994 to the Frankfurt handball club . In 1999 she played again in Berlin for SV Berliner VB 49. After a two-year injury break, she returned to Berlin in February 2001.

With the women's national handball team of the GDR , Josefine Grosse was third in the 1990 World Cup. She was also active for the German national women's handball team . She won silver with this team at the 1994 European Championships in Germany . Grosse played a total of 64 international matches in which she scored 101 goals.

Josefine Grosse studied psychology.
