Joseph Bannin
Joseph Bannin (born June 3, 1851 , † January 24, 1915 in London ) was an Irish priest and between 1890 and 1895 as vicar general head of the Pallottines .
Life
On January 18, 1875, Bannin was ordained a priest for the Pallottines . In 1886 he was sent to Argentina with his confreres William Whitmee and Bernard Feeney . In Buenos Aires they founded a school dedicated to St. Patrick, which became the nucleus of the Pallottines in Argentina. In 1890 he was called back to Europe to lead the Pallottines as vicar general. He died in London on January 24, 1915 and was buried in the local Kensal Green Cemetery.
