Joseph Ludwig Bayer

Joseph Ludwig Bayer (born June 15, 1803 in Arnfels , Styria , † January 26, 1882 in Graz ) was an Austrian politician and landowner. He was a member of the Styrian Landtag and member of the Austrian House of Representatives .

Life

Bayer was born the son of the rent master Lorenz Bayer and studied law. At the beginning he was Count Schönbornscher regional court administrator in Arnfels and before 1838 he became the owner of the Amthofen estate in the community of Schlossberg in the Leibnitz district . He was a member of the House of Representatives in the first legislative period as a representative of the couriers of the large landowners in the Crown Land of Styria from April 29, 1861 to September 20, 1865 and was also a member of the Styrian Landtag from 1861 to 1867.

Bayer married Anna Maria Ofner († 1879) in 1833 and had at least three daughters and two sons, although he survived both sons.
