The independent trade journal Journal für die Apotheke is a publication aimed at pharmacy owners and pharmacy managers. It appears quarterly; the widespread circulation controlled by the IVW was 20,590 copies in the fourth quarter of 2016.
The magazine sees itself as an interface between pharmacy and customer and focuses on the three subject areas of travel, medicine and culture. In terms of content, it is about current brief information from the departments of marketing, pharmacy and industry; in addition, there are travel reports as well as regional and city portraits. In addition, the journal acts as a presentation platform for all products, preparations and services in the pharmacy.
