The Journal of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Sciences , abbreviated J. Hepato-Biliary-Pancreat. Sci. , is a scientific journal published by Wiley-Blackwell-Verlag on behalf of the Japanese Society of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery and the Asian-Pacific Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Association . The journal was founded in 1993 under the name Journal of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Surgery and changed it to Journal of Hepato-Biliary-Pancreatic Sciences in 2010 . It appears six issues a year. Papers are published that deal with the treatment of diseases of the liver , gallbladder and pancreas .
