Juan Antonio Beistegui Arrospide

Juan Antonio Beistegui Arrospide (born June 24, 1778 in Arrasate , † 1865 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican entrepreneur .

Life

In his youth he emigrated to Mexico . He married Paula García. In 1830 he opened the trading house Juan Antonio Béistegui e Hijos in Guanajuato (city) with his adult sons . Until 1838 he traded with the agricultural area Bajío to supply the mining area of San Luis Potosí (city) in the north.

A grandson of Juan Antonio Beistegui Arrospide was Carlos de Beistegui.
