Juan Francisco Rodríguez

Juan Francisco Rodríguez was a Uruguayan politician .

Rodríguez sat in the 6th legislative period, initially as deputy member of the Department of Colonia from March 6, 1854 to February 14, 1855 in the Cámara de Representantes . Both in the subsequent and in the 10th legislative period he was elected representative of the people as Colonia's representative and occupied a seat in the Chamber of Deputies from February 15, 1855 to February 14, 1858 and from February 15, 1868 to February 14, 1873 . As part of his parliamentary activities, he was the successor to Francisco Javier Laviñas, who held the presidency of the chamber from 1870 to 1872. During this time, Isidoro de María served as first vice-president and Juan J. Acosta as second vice-president in this capacity.
