Juan Guillermo Gutiérrez Acosta (born June 21, 1964 in Santiago de Chile ), also known by the nickname El Venado (Eng. The deer ), is a former Chilean football player on the position of goalkeeper .

career

"Venado" Gutiérrez began his professional career with Chile's most successful and popular club CSD Colo-Colo , with which he was under contract from 1985 to 1988. With the Chilean record champions, he won the championship title of the Chilean professional league in 1986 .

In 1988 Gutiérrez moved to the Mexican club Deportivo Toluca , with whom he won the cup competition in his first season in 1988/89 . At Deportivo Toluca Gutiérrez was under contract until the end of his career in the 1993/94 season.
