Juan José Oroz Ugalde (born  July 11, 1980 in Pamplona , Navarra ) is a former Spanish cyclist .

Career

He began his professional career with the Spanish Professional Continental Team Kaiku in 2006. At the beginning of the 2007 season he switched to the Continental Team Orbea , for which he achieved 2nd place on the 4th stage of the Tour of Asturias . From May 12, 2007 he switched to the Basque team Euskaltel-Euskadi , which takes part in the UCI Pro Tour . Among other things, he contested the Germany Tour for this team, which he finished in 62nd place, as well as other important races of the UCI Pro Tour, such as the Tour of Poland , in which he achieved his best result with 32nd place in a tour lasting several days .

At the end of the 2014 season, he ended his racing career and became the sporting director of a Spanish club team.
