Juan José Ryp (* 1971 in Algeciras ) is a Spanish cartoonist .

Ryp began his career in the late 1990s with drawings for various adult comics that were published by Spanish publishers. He put a focus on erotic drawings, for example in the Spanish magazine Wet Comix . Erotic comics are drawn by him again and again. In 2002 he started a collaboration with the American publisher Avatar Press, for which he also designed cover illustrations. He has worked for various internationally known authors, including Frank Miller and Alan Moore .
