Juan Ramón Lacadena
Juan Ramón Lacadena Calero (born November 14, 1934 in Saragossa ) is a Spanish agricultural scientist . He studied agricultural science at the Escuela Especial de Ingenieros Agrónomos in Madrid , where he obtained his doctorate in 1963. He was a member of the CSIC , professor of genetics at the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM) , department head at the Universidad de La Laguna (1971) and the UCM (1971-2005). He was a member of the Sociedad Española de Genética (Secretary 1973–1985; President 1985–1990), the Comisión Nacional de Reproducción Humana Asistida (1997) and the International Bioethics Society (1997).
