Julián Perujo , full name Julián Ricardo Perujo Airala , (born April 18, 1985 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.70 meter tall defensive player Perujo has been a member of the Rampla Juniors squad since 2007 . After five first division goals scored for the club in the 2008/09 season, he completed 28 first division games in the following season and scored six times in the opposing goal. From September 2010 at the latest, he was in the ranks of Nacional Montevideo and contributed with six season appearances (one goal) to winning the Uruguayan championship title in the 2010/11 season. In August 2011, he joined Nacionals league rivals Defensor Sporting and played for the club, which is also based in Montevideo, twelve games (no goal) in the Primera División in the first half of the season . In mid-February 2012 he moved again within the league and city and returned to the Rampla Juniors. In the Clausura 2012 he ran there twelve times in the top Uruguayan league. He didn't score a goal either. From mid-July 2012 he continued his career in Argentina at Boca Unidos . In the 2012/13 season, however, he only played seven games (no goal) in the Primera B Nacional with the Argentines . In August 2013, he switched to Club Atlético Atlanta , for which he was used 44 times in the Primera B Metropolitana and scored one goal. Since mid-January 2015 he has been under contract with Sud América in Uruguay . For the 2015 Clausura, the statistics show 15 first division appearances (no goal) for Perujo. In the 2015/16 season he played 25 first division matches (no goal). During the 2016 season, he was used in all 15 top division games (no goal) of his club.
