Julia Hickelsberger-Füller (born August 1, 1999 in St. Pölten ) is an Austrian soccer player . She is currently under contract with SKN St. Pölten .

Career

The midfielder came to soccer through classmates in the first grade of elementary school, where friends got her excited about the ball game. In 2014, Hickelsberger-Füller officially started her club career at SV Neulengbach . She later played with her sister Sonja Hickelsberger-Füller for several years at SV Neulengbach and showed strong performances in the top division of the Austrian women's Bundesliga . In winter 2018/19 she moved to the Austrian series champion SKN St. Pölten .

National team

On February 27, 2019, Hickelsberger-Füller celebrated her debut in the Austrian national team against the reigning African champions Nigeria and promptly celebrated a 4-1 win in the first international match. Hickelsberger-Füller scored her first international goal against North Macedonia in the 2022 European Championship qualification .
