The North Macedonian national football team represents North Macedonia in international women's football . The selection is subordinate to the North Macedonian Association .

The North Macedonian national team has never qualified for a major tournament.

In qualifying for the 2011 World Cup , the team met Norway , the Netherlands , Belarus and Slovakia . With 8 defeats and the most goals conceded by the European qualifying participants, Macedonia finished last in the group.

In the pre-qualification for the EM 2013 , the team was able to use the home advantage at the home tournament and qualify for the actual qualification. The 5-1 win against Luxembourg was their biggest win to date. In the actual qualification, the team only managed two draws against Greece , the other games against Italy , Russia , Poland and Bosnia and Herzegovina were lost and Macedonia was bottom of the group.

In the FIFA world rankings, the team is currently classified as the second weakest of the European teams rated and only ranks 110th. The best ranking so far was 90th in December 2009.
