Julia Sophie Schabus (born March 1, 1992 in Linz ) is a German- Austrian actress .

biography

Julia Sophie Schabus played in short films in 2009 as well as a leading role in the ARD television film Family for Advanced . In 2010, she played a leading role in the ZDF television film Tödlicher Rausch . Further short films followed in 2011 and 2012, as well as a role in the feature film Nebenwege . In 2013 she took on a leading role in the ZDF series Die Bergretter .

In 2010 Schabus directed the short film Vis-à-vis , which took 2nd place at the Federal Film Festival Spielfilm and the Videografika - Category Feature Film - and was awarded the Jury Prize at the flimmern & rauschen -Filmfestival 2012.

For her role in the short film I hold you tight , she received the Munich Youth Film Prize of the flimmern & rauschen film festival in 2010 together with Til Schindler and Melanie Waeler. For her performance in the television film Tödlicher Rausch , she was nominated for the Günter Strack Television Award as best young actress in 2012 .
