Julie Aspelund Berg (born March 18, 1993 ) is a Norwegian handball player who belongs to the squad of the Norwegian national beach handball team.

Career

Julie Aspelund Berg played for Ullern between 2003 and 2009. After the circle player was active one season for Stabæk, she joined Njård IF. In 2016, the elite teams of Njård IF and Ullern IF merged to form Aker Topphåndball , for which they played in the second highest Norwegian league from now on. With Aker, she rose to the top Norwegian league in 2019.

Berg runs for the Norwegian national beach handball team. At the Beach Handball European Championships in 2017, she won the gold medal with the Norwegian selection. A year later she was in the final of the Beach Handball World Championship , which Norway lost in a shootout against Greece. She also took sixth place at Beachhandball Euro 2019 .
