Aker Topphåndball is a Norwegian women's handball club from Oslo .

history

Aker Topphåndball was founded on April 21, 2016 and was created through the merger of the performance teams of Njård IL and Ullern IF. The first women's team took over from Njård IL in the 1st divisjon, the second highest Norwegian league, in the 2016/17 season. Aker rose to the top Norwegian league in 2019. In the same year Aker's U20 team won the Norgesmesterkap.
