Julie Bergmann

Julie Bergmann ( September 14, 1843 in Lviv - May 24, 1894 in Berlin ) was a German stage actress .

Life

Bergmann, the daughter of the actor couple Emanuel Bergmann (1811-1887) and Marie Hoffmann († 1878 in Berlin), dared her first stage attempt in Prague (1858), where her father was engaged in father roles. She made her debut there as “cook” in the servants . In 1860 she came to Arad, 1861 to Magdeburg and 1862 to the court theater in Berlin, where she appeared for the first time as "Louise" and worked there in a distinguished position until her death. In 1878 she moved to the field of comical old people.

Her brother Max Bergmann († September 4, 1881) was a theater actor and agent.
