Marie Bergmann

Marie Bergmann (* around 1819 in Dresden as Marianne Karoline Hofmann ; † March 23, 1878 in Berlin ) was a German theater actress .

Life

Bergmann, a student of Ludwig Tieck , stepped onto the stage at the court theater in her hometown for the first time. There, as later at various first stages in Germany, she worked with luck in the field of first lovers and heroines.

She was married to the actor Emanuel Bergmann , their children Julie Bergmann and Max Bergmann also became actors.
