Marie Bergman
Marie Bergman (born November 21, 1950 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish pop and hit singer .
Live and act
She was a member of the Family Four group from 1969 to 1972 and took part in the Eurovision Song Contest twice, in 1971 and 1972. In 1974, she began a solo career. From then on, she regularly released albums into the 2000s.
Together with the singer Roger Pontare she won the Melodifestivalen in 1994 with the power ballad Stjärnorna . Therefore, the two were allowed to compete for Sweden in the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest in Dublin . They came in 13th.
In 2015 she also took part in the Swedish preliminary round, but did not reach the final together with Sanne Salomonsen and the song Nonetheless . She finished seventh in the semifinals.
