Julien Bonetat (born June 28, 1971 in Tours ) is a former French squash player .

Career

Julien Bonetat was active as a squash player in the 1990s and reached 13th place in the world rankings in November 1996. With the French national team he took part in the World Cup in 1989 , 1991 and 1995 . At European Championships he was also in the squad several times and was third with the national team in 1993. Between 1990 and 1999 Bonetat was seven times in the main field of the individual world championships. Only in 1996 did he survive the first round and move into the round of 16. In 1993 he became French national champion .
