Julija Martynenko

Julija Martynenko ( Russian Юлия Мартыненко , born Julia Schilichowskaja , Russian Юлия Жилиховская; born April 18, 1967 ) is a Russian badminton player .

Career

Julija Martynenko won her first medal at the Soviet Badminton Championships under her maiden name in 1988 with bronze in mixed . A year later she was third in the women's doubles. In 1992 and 1993 she became the Russian champion in this discipline. In 1991 she won the USSR International , 1992 the Austrian International and 1993 the Amor International . In 1993 she also took part in the Badminton World Championships.
