Julio Munlloch Martí is a former Spanish football player in the position of striker who mostly acted as a left winger.

biography

Munlloch completed twelve point games for FC Barcelona in the 1935/36 season and played the final of the Copa del Presidente de la República in 1936 , which was lost 2-1 to Real Madrid . After the civil war that began in Spain after this season, the league was suspended. To play some private games, FC Barcelona made a trip to Mexico in the summer of 1937 and played nine games between June 20 and August 22. The first seven were played against club teams from Mexico City (twice against América and Necaxa and once against Atlante , España and Asturias ) and the last two games against the Mexican national team . Many Barça players chose to stay in Mexico. Munlloch was one of them. He was hired by CF Asturias, with whom he won the championship in the 1938/39 season.

Munlloch then moved to Argentina and played for Vélez Sársfield before returning to Mexico and henceforth under contract with CF Atlante .
