Julius Kohl

Julius Kohl (born January 2, 1884 in Spesbach , † after 1936) was a German chemist and manager of the chemical industry.

Life

Julius Kohl attended secondary school in Kaiserslautern . After graduating, he studied chemistry and electrochemistry at the Technical University of Munich . In 1904 he became a member of the Corps Vitruvia Munich. After completing his studies as a graduate engineer and graduating as a Dr.-Ing. he switched to the chemical industry. In the First World War Kohl took part as a reserve officer. He was entrusted with the management of the Vienna branch of the corporation for chemical products formerly H. Scheidemandel , headquartered in Berlin . He later became factory director in Berlin and was appointed to the board in 1923.
