Jumbo V is the name of a steel roller coaster model from the manufacturer Schwarzkopf GmbH . It premiered as a Munich Super 8 track under the German showman Kinzler , where it was used at folk festivals . After that, it was used in various amusement parks. It is now in Pleasurewood Hills , UK , but has been out of service since 2018 or 2019.
The 530 m long route extends over an area of 44.3 m × 24.45 m and reaches a height of 16 m. A maximum of five trains can be used, each of which consists of two cars with space for four people each (two rows of two people). The trains are transported upwards by a friction wheel lift . A maximum of 1200 people per hour can therefore travel with Jumbo V. The entire system weighs around 140 t and has a connected load of 80 kW .
