Jump Ultimate Stars is a fighting game for the Nintendo DS . It was only released in Japan on November 23, 2006 . It is the successor to Jump Super Stars , also for the Nintendo DS and the titles Famicom Jump: Hero Retsuden and Famicom Jump II: Saikyō no Shichinin, which were released for the Famicom .

In the game you can have different characters from different manga series of the Weekly Shōnen Jump compete against each other, the player has over 340 to choose from.

The fight in a 2D arena is shown on the upper display of the DS, and various actions can be carried out using the stylus on the lower touchscreen.

Multiplayer

The game includes an online multiplayer mode via Wi-Fi connection, as well as a wireless transmission with which you can connect up to four Nintendo DS.
