The Jurassic National Monument is a US National Monument in Emery County in Utah . It was on March 12, 2019 signing of the Congress-law John D. Dingell, Jr. Conservation, Management, and Recreation Act by President Donald Trump reported. The National Monument was designated to protect this dinosaur site in a quarry. Well over 15,000 bones have been unearthed in this archaeological site since 1927 and many thousands more bones are suspected on the site. The Bureau of Land Management oversees the Jurassic National Monument .

As early as 1965, the quarry was designated a National Natural Landmark (NNL).
